This Is My Thursday

This is one of those times when I'm glad that I'm a stay at home mum at the moment.

It's also why I'm glad we live just a five minute drive from the beach. These early spring days, before the hordes of tourists arrive, are priceless.

A lovely pic! They're great moments aren't they. We're off to the beach tomorrow morning too - shell collecting bag in hand and ride-on car thingy in tow too...

Banana - Hope your beach trip went well! We ended up taking two stones, one shell and a small feather into preschool the next day for News Time! x
Julianne - Thank You! She wants to go back again this week but I don't much fancy it in the rain!
Antonella - I love this photo and wish it had been proper camera quality rather than iphone. She only sat still long enough to devour the ice cream!
HMO - Soon you will be very beside the sea! What are the rules about stopping for ice cream??
Susanna - They're the best aren't they? Soon we won't be able to get a parking space!
Rosie - Thanks! The hat is for an 8 - 9 year old - poor girl has her mothers large head! Still, the floppy brim does a good job at keeping her in the shade.
Confused - That's what I like to hear... a bit of Howard stalking! You should have popped in for a cuppa!
YM - She definitely has to put up with a lot of quirky outfits chosen by mummy! The knickerbocker trousers are from lovely Katherine at Lucy and I... such beautiful clothes! I will be sending you girl baby wishes when the time comes! x
